1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of preloved items from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund or store credit.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the preloved item must be in its original condition, unused and with all original tags attached (if any). Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your item. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit, depending on your preference. Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to be completed.
5. Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may prefer to exchange the preloved item for another. We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If the desired item is of higher value, we will issue store credit for the price difference.
6. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage for your records.
7. Exceptions
Certain items, such as personalized or intimate items, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us for assistance with such items.
